Powell to Celebrate Grand Opening of its Business Incubator - The 44 Center for Business

The Powell Community Improvement Corporation, the organization dedicated to improving industrial, commercial, distribution and research development within the City of Powell is preparing for the opening of “The 44 Center for Business” in Downtown Powell with two open houses: Saturday, July 31 from 3 to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug. 9, from 4 to 6 p.m.

Located in the newly renovated building at 44 N. Liberty St. which also houses the offices of Historic Downtown Powell Inc., “The 44 Center for Business” offers affordable office space for up to four startups, while providing access to an array of support resources and services.

“Incubators are proven to help startup businesses reach the next stage in their development while helping to expand the local business base,” said Mike Hadra, a member of Historic Downtown Powell, Inc.’s Economic Restructuring Committee.
