Engineers, physicists and scientists from Research, Product Development, Design, and Manufacturing Departments work concurrently under one roof, turning projects into products on our manufacturing floor. We have an immediate need for a Product Development Engineering Manager in our Sensors Group, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of sensor development activities. Our sensors products are key to Lake Shore’s business and are widely regarded by our customers as the best in the industry. This role drives important projects that further strengthen Lake Shore’s market position in sensors. The successful candidate uses and teaches good design control techniques and is comfortable following quality procedures during the design process. This person will manage multiple employees and take the lead role in developing, implementing and executing departmental policies and processes related to the development, validation and support of sensor products.
