The ideal candidate would have a degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

Requires high level of creativity, writing ability as document to go to customers & sales staff: Visual representation, product selection with imagery on it. Able to free wheel artistically, brain storm, to visually represent product naming, tag lines, flash demo. Graphical representation of messaging. Product features, new products introduced to customers & sales people to market to customers. Ability to research to determine & develop communication device. Effective communication with Grammar, ETC & Effective placement of info. Must know where to find tools, how to market. Samples should include ad slicks, Product brochures, and website examples. Skills Needed: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must understand how to deliver a message simply and concisely and how to customize the message for different audiences. - Ability to create effective visual presentations. Good sense of aesthetics and an understanding of what catches attention. Not necessary to be an artist. - Ability to create effective training materials. Has an understanding of how people learn.

Job Duties:
- Participate in market roll out planning for new products and features to determine appropriate messages and sales and promotional tools.
- Ensure all departments are prepared for new product releases and all items are completed to launch the product externally.
- Create tools for salespeople focused on a specific step of the selling process.
- Design and deliver training programs to help the sales channels focus on how to sell the product.
- Produce standard product presentations and demonstration scripts that can be used by the sales team in a typical sales process.
- Deliver product information to qualified customers in support of existing sales efforts.
- Create material for customer types focused on a specific step of the buying process.
- Provide product and market expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, and webinars.
