To this end, BULX is seeking a data entry/customer service specialist to join our rapidly growing team of some of the best and the brightest in ecommerce. Role:

We are looking for a professional who will work approximately half time on entering new products into our website, and half time answering customer service inquiries.  There will also be one-time tasks that come up from time to time which will be assigned. 

Compensation:

Salary for this position is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with our product lines

• Learn our website software

• Enter new products into our system

• Answer customer service inquiries, proactively contact customers when there is a problem with an order

• Other occasional tasks
