Production Support Analyst (Warehouse Management System)

Shift:  Mon-Thurs 10pm-7am,  Fri-Sun 6pm-6am

Job Description:

• Maintains and improves operational readiness of the Distribution Center by coordinating and performing technical support efforts, and performing onsite installation management.

• Have experience working as a QA or BA or Production Support or Developer

• Understand the full lifecycle of a Warehouse Management System  

• Experience working with any WMS such as but not limited to WMOS, PKMS, Yantra nWMS, Oracle WMS, SAP WMS etc.

• Diagnoses systems outages to determine appropriate corrective actions.
