Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to create project schedules and work plans within client toolsets (project, clarity, primavera).
• Manage day-to-day project activities (scope, time, budget).
• Work with the business analysis team to identify business goals, drivers, and requirements.
• Work with the project team and clients to create a realistic release plan.
• Identify and communicate staffing needs/adjustments.
• Identify and manage risk.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to competently work within multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Spiral, Agile).
• Track team progress daily.
• Record project actuals on a pre-determined interval.
• Create and deliver project status reporting on pre-determined intervals.
• Manage project communication process.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and adherence to project scope.
• Facilitate the change control process.
• Manage budget or project hours as needs dictate.
• Assist sales in business development.
• Identify, plan around, and escalate issue immediately.
