Perform exploratory testing

Perform manual acceptance testing

Pair with other testers and developers to create automated tests

Work with the agile team and Product Owners to help them empathize with the customer and understand their needs

Work with agile team and Product Owners to help the team develop a conscience that is focused on the delivery of value and quality

Work with the agile team to encourage collaboration

Participate in Sprint pre-planning with the Product Owners and other developers to explore preliminary details about stories and aid in determining effort

Work with the agile team and Product Owners to determine acceptance criteria

Participate in daily standup, iteration retrospective, and iteration planning meetings Position Requirements

Solid communication skills both written and verbal

The ability to multi-task with excellent problem solving skills

Experience testing software as part of an Agile team

Software development experience

Document imaging experience a plus

Must be authorized to work in the US

Valid Driver’s License

Must possess reliable transportation

Must maintain full coverage insurance on automobile

Strong Interpersonal skills

Must be available to travel at least 1 week out the year
