Opportunity:

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst in our IT department.  The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop test plans and formulate test cases from specifications and use cases for projects, execute tests through the use of manual and automated test tools, report progress, evaluate, analyze, and document results, identify and maintain test metrics for multiple applications.  The QA Analyst will have frequent interaction with members of the Development and Infrastructure teams as well as with the end users (customer). The Quality Assurance Analyst will develop, maintain, and adhere to QA processes and procedures. 

This position will be located in Columbus, OH.

• Experience in testing software applications.

• Experience creating and maintaining manual test scripts.

• Experience with automated testing tools.

• Experience with QA methodologies and technique.

• Experience with training/mentoring of staff new to QA/QC concepts and technique.

• Excellent listening skills as direct communication with the business user and developers will be common.

• Excellent at adapting to a fast-changing environment.

• NetJets is a 24x7x365 operation.  Job will require evening/weekend work to meet project deliverables.

• Position requires accurate and timely tracking of time spent working on projects. 

What does a Quality Assurance Analyst do?

• Participates in documentation reviews and handoffs

• Develops and maintains test plans

• Creates manual test cases in suitable format for regression testing and automation

• Reviews and analyzes test results

• Documents test and defects; validates status of corrected defects

• Reports test results and metrics

• Mentors less experienced team members

• Act as QA representative on major projects

• Practices and supports QA methodologies, and develops, maintains, and adheres to QA processes and procedures

• Adherence to time and metric's tracking
