Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.

3-5 years of management experience in a software quality or development environment; 3-5 years of testing applications without UI both manually and automated; experience with modern tools and approaches to automated testing (BDD, FITNESSE, QTP, Cucumber, etc); Windows and Mac OS; Various web browsers – Internet explorer, Firefox, Safari; and at least five to ten years of experience in related field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Test Estimation - Coordinates with project management and product teams to provide estimates of testing effort and costs alignment with the level of project details available. Completes resource forecasting and analyzes prior month results on a monthly basis • Requirements - detailed review of business and technical requirements to insure they are clearly defined and testable. • Test Planning - Creation and communication of detailed test schedule and scripts to verify software adherence to requirements. • Test Management - Coordinate all QA testing activities with other QA personnel, Project Managers and IT-Dev managers. Provide QA consultative services to support users of the process. Responsible for providing test team leadership for integration testing of crossfunctional systems. • Test Execution - Monitor and manage the creation and execution of scripts utilizing the Janova framework, providing detailed execution and progress reporting, and defect tracking against documented test cycles. • Quality Assurance - Monitor and drive the execution of our testing practices in accordance with the enterprise and our own testing standards and procedures. Ensure adherence to the Project Delivery Framework, arrange team member training. Initiate and support process improvement efforts based on project assessments. • Utilizing methods, procedures, and metrics needed to ensure that quality standards and practices are attained • Providing project implementation support on an as needed basis. • Contributing to and monitoring execution of testing better practices • Providing input and implementing initiatives designed to support continual QA process improvements and the integration of the QA process with other development activities • Assisting with application training of new resources • Day to day decisions are generally made without supervision or review.
