PURPOSE of POSITION: The Quality Control Analyst II will execute and maintain manual test scripts, report progress, evaluate, analyze, and document results, identify and maintain test metrics for multiple applications. The Quality Control Analyst II will analyze release defects and enhancements as assigned, and write new test scripts as appropriate. The Quality Control Analyst II will have frequent interaction with members of the Development and Infrastructure teams and may interact with the end users (customer) as well The Quality Control Analyst II will coordinate test efforts for releases on a rotating basis with other staff members.

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Participates in documentation reviews and handoffs •Creates, maintains, and executes manual test cases •Reviews, analyzes, and documents test results and defects; validates status of corrected defects •Reports test results and metrics •Adheres to QA processes and procedures •Mentors less experienced team members •Adherence to time and metrics tracking

SCOPE of POSITION: This position is an individual contributor and has no supervisory responsibilities. Provides functional expertise through day-to-day work tasks. Works under the supervision of management.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: •Experience in testing software applications. •Experience creating and maintaining manual test scripts. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Excellent listening skills as direct communication with the business user and developers will be common. •Excellent at adapting to a fast-changing environment. •Team player. •Detail-oriented. •Self-directed. •NetJets is a 24x7x365 operation. Job will require evening/weekend work to meet project deliverables. •Position requires accurate and timely tracking of time spent on all activities. •Be an active, adaptive team player who is able to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame.
