• Must be professional, accountable, high energy and a collaborative team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are imperative to this role.
• Exceptional client service skills to include strong relationship building with internal/external clients and candidates.
• Ability to prioritize search assignments to manage high volume recruiting activity, and to work on multiple search engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to work in self-disciplined environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with good time management skills.
• Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information required.
• Looking for someone with a strategic mindset.
• Prior relationship building experience within sales/marketing preferred.
