Position Description Position Summary:

Dynamic and outgoing individual who must adhere to and promote our core values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team player and supporting the rapid growth of our company. Responsible for screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for all positions throughout the company, especially technical positions. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and overall Human Resources functions. Use of talent acquisition methods including, but not limited to, social media, web-based jobsites, professional associations, employee referrals, internal postings and campus relations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activity
  • Work with departments to determine hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
  • Develop a pipeline of talent for frequently filled, ongoing openings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates
  • Formulate and execute sourcing plans involving social networking, web-based job sites, professional associations, employee referrals, internal postings and campus relations.
  • Effectively evaluate candidate background and experience, education, skills and fit with the company against job requirements
  • Screen candidates for availability, salary requirements, relocation needs and basic qualifications
  • Assist in the organization and management of the administrative duties of the HR Department
  • Other job related duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of the talent acquisition process
  • Experience in utilizing social networking tools in recruiting process
  • Ability to cold call  Ability to project a professional image of Northwoods
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25%
  • Must have and maintain valid Driver License, reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Minimum Desired Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to develop initiatives in innovative manner for effective resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
