COMSYS is experiencing unprecedented growth in the central Ohio market. As a result, we have a need for an individual to provide leadership to our recruiting team.  

The Recruiting Lead will balance their efforts between oversight and management of a team of recruiters and sourcers, and recruiting on key client requirements. The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

  • A sense of self discipline and self management allowing focus on key tasks and initiatives
  • Ability to assess competing priorities and quickly change priorities as business dictates
  • A track record of high achievement in recruiting
  • Deep knowledge of information technology recruiting and the staffing industry
  • Expertise in a variety of techniques and methods for recruiting
