Description

Responsible for all purchasing activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon purchasing activities which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned area. Works within the purchasing and production teams and with business partners to achieve the revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and long-term account goals that are in-line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the new account business partner development goals, within the assigned territory
  • Demonstrates technical skills and knowledge of company’s services and value proposition
  • Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • Maximizes all opportunities to solidify the relationship with company’s primary business partners
  • Develops annual plan in conjunction with VP, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting or exceeding assigned quota.
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing an opportunity resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.  
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling on business partner representatives.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing activities as needed.  
  • Creates and conducts effective presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the e-Cycle solution to their problems.  
  • Maintains accurate records of all purchasing and prospecting activities including calls, e-mails, presentations and follow-up activities within an assigned territory, including the use of Salesfore.com to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.  
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented as needed.  
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees. Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation
