| Description | We are looking to immediately hire Regional Account Manager in Dallas, Texas. Who We Are: We are a full-service wireless recycling and buyback company that purchases, recycles and resells used and new wireless devices. We work with organizations around the world, in every industry, in the public and private sectors, and every size, from small municipalities to the Fortune Global 500. Job Objective: Regional Account Manager will exceed monthly sales quota objectives by growing and retaining accounts within assigned geographic territory. Account Representatives will proactively penetrate existing assigned accounts and increase corporate liable business by recommending our business solution. Must prioritize activities to maximize sales productivity and identify new areas for account growth. Responsibilities: Responsible for building strong client alliances with current accounts and strategic development of new accounts. Develop positive business relationships within assigned region and serve as a point of contact for questions or problems. Exceed success metrics established. Identify top 100 opportunities and develop actionable plan to penetrate. Enhance current accounts by developing a stronger penetration of sales opportunities throughout the client company, both horizontally and vertically. Accurately report pipe line. Providing sales forecasts and status reports for the region. Develop and execute regional account sales plan. Work directly with Sales Operations Coordinator to solve general customer service needs. Stay abreast of ongoing market trends and general developments with each client's industry. Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, current monthly price list, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in continuous training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. Fully utilize all sales force automation, and lead generation tools to identify new business opportunities within accounts in assigned geographic territory. This position is expected to spend 60 to 80% of their time traveling and communicating with existing and new customers. Position Requirements: Experience in CRM software desired. Min. 2-5 years experience successfully closing and enjoying sales. Establish and build relationships with aligned partners to increase opportunities. Proficiency in windows-based software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 1 Yr. Experience in wireless telecommunications desired. Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen ability to address highly complex customer issues. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Successful Candidates will complete Criminal Background Check.
