Our team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity in our Operations Team for an Reporting Analyst.
We are seeking an Reporting Analyst who has a passion for customer care and is comfortable working in a team environment to achieve a common goal. The successful candidate will have influence on strategic direction and mission critical projects. This person will have a high level of interaction with internal colleagues and may occasionally interface with external customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete and submit reports to external corporate partners while demonstrating impeccable accuracy and ensuring contractual compliance
- Ad hoc data analysis and formatted reporting as requested by internal and external customers through the request process
- Audit existing automated reports for accuracy and improvement opportunities
- Articulate complex and detailed requirements for new automated solutions to IS team
- Game plan, champion projects, and drive change throughout the organization
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance or Business preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel including complex functions and pivot tables
- Understanding of relational databases
- Flexible, responsive attitude capable of managing multiple, shifting priorities
- Must display a high level of organization and the ability to work independently
- Preference will be given to candidate with knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, Crystal Reports, HTML, and skilled in PowerPoint
