Please join us from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm in the Training Room located on the 4th Floor

The DEC is hosting a series of Business Law Workshops courtesy of the Law Offices of Bryan M Griffith. There are currently three different workshops scheduled and future workshops forthcoming. Please register for each individual event. Each session will be approximately 45 minutes of presentation, with time for individual questions throughout.  Bryan will also host a thirty minute open forum following the work shop to discuss current legal news, common legal questions, and anything related to law or business. Each workshop will include a handout land checklists or tools that can be implemented immediately in your business.

Most businesses choose to advertise their business in the hopes of gaining new customers, increasing revenue, and capturing more profit. We will compare different advertising offerings including newspapers, phone books, and the web. This session will answer three questions:

1) What questions do you need to ask to evaluate an advertising offer

2) What do I look for in an advertising contract?

3) How do I measure my return on investment?
