Tattletale portable alarm systems has an immediate opening for a Sales Account Executive to join a dynamic team of sales professionals. In this capacity, you will aggressively target business clientele in need of security systems in the local Columbus/Central Ohio area and regionally throughout the state.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the tattletale portable alarm system upon completing training sessions led by the Sales Director. The candidate will be able to deliver professional sales presentations to prospective customers, as well as complete all administrative duties associated with the Sales Account Executive position.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to comprehensively present the full line of tattletale products and accessories.
  • Proficient in cold call lead/sales generation, face-to-face sales & phone-ups.
  • Must be able to generate price quotations, presentations, order placement and follow-up correspondence.
  • Perform product and accessory demos to individual and small customer groups.
  • Track all lead, sales and follow-up support utilizing CRM software.
  • Must be responsive to customers needs and follow through on all aspects, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Attendance at trade shows, conventions, networking events and other related lead generating seminars as needed.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Ability to work independently yet still be a part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Must have 2 to 3 years of B2B selling experience.
  • Overnight travel requirements – 5%
  • No relocation reimbursement.
