| Description | Dublin, Ohio The Sales and Account Manager will execute the division sales plan for the product portfolio. Working closely with the division director and corporate operations, the Manager will develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Specific duties are detailed below: Duties: - Assists Director in coordinating sales calls, customer contact and communication with clients and internal operations group. - Coordinates business and technical requirements for internal operations; and coordinates the delivery of progress reports and product to client. - Cultivates strong customer-focused service relationships with clients. Increases depth and breadth of client relationships through up-selling and cross-selling of products and services. - Achieves top-of-mind status with clients as solutions provider through frequent and substantive contact. - Maintains confidentiality in business and technical matters. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Enhances organization reputation by conveying corporate commitment to integrity, collaboration and innovation in business and technical efforts.
Should have B2B sales experience selling technical services to corporate customers. Able to learn to and understand needs for technical customers service & offer solutions. Very needs- based sales position. Able to build relationships & gain understanding on technical level. Good listener. Technology pull vs technology push. Must be solution-driven. Able to gather all information, understand customers problem & present back to team. Do not want to hire a technologist or active scientist. Want account manager to bring problems back to company to review & develop solutions.
