| Description | Description: Position: Job responsibilities include: Prospecting and lead generation for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions. Responsible for growing revenue through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, meetings and managing new and existing accounts. Responsible for steering marketing efforts, such as conducting webinars and contributing to company blog. Research and identify new opportunities, such as identifying call centers based on size, revenue and vertical market for prospecting. Develop new business, expand relationships with existing customers, and manage relationships with partners Responsible for establishing innovative sales strategies, coordinating internal and external resources, writing sales proposals, and closing business. Must have experience using CRM tools to track sales pipeline and activities. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. Qualifications: B.S. degree at a minimum Highly energetic and tech savvy individual with strong computer skills Experience with gathering sales requirements, writing proposals, and conducting presentations with little to no dependence. Experience with conducting sales calls and sales meetings Experience with a variety of sales and marketing activities, such as writing blogs, conducting webinars, and participating in social media conversations. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas Five or more years of experience presenting, selling and negotiating software technology solutions and engaging with IT directors and executives Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission/Bonus + Benefits |
