Manage, motivate and mentor direct sales force

Ownership of revenue forecasting, revenue generation and corporate profitability

Provide expertise and guidance to the Sales team during all phases of sales cycle

Budget for team expenses

Set, track and communicate sales goals and implement strategies to meet those goals

Improvement in all sales metrics by market and territory

Champion initiatives to ensure sales goal attainment

Inspire sales team members and lead by example

Instill accountability within the sales team

Work closely with various internal departments for support and assistance with marketing, legal, finance and product needs

Develop and maintain systems, processes and reporting

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our customer’s business, competitive forces and customer program funding

Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with vendors, reseller partners and government consultants
