• Design and implementation of J2EE component - Servlet and JSP. - 3+ years

• J2EE, Java Programming, and JVM Tuning - 3+ years

• XML and JSON - 3+ years

• Object Oriented Design and/or implementation – 2+ years

• Unix experience, Linux & Solaris

• SQL – 2+ years

• Strong problem solving skills

Manta is looking for the motivated and smart people to customize Solr/Lucene based search engine. The Search Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining of Search Engine and customizing of Tockenizer, TokenFilter, Analyzer, Query and implementation of recommendation engine (Collective Intelligence). Roles:

• Implement and maintain the Solr/Lucene based Search Engine.

• Customization of Analyzer, Tokenizer and Tokenfilters

• Analyze search terms and implement stop words and synonyms.

• Indexing big data (more than 23 millions) - Near Real Time in distributed system.

• Building Customized Query Functions.

• Building APIs.

• Customization of scoring system.
