| Description | The Senior Account Manager is accountable for the overall profitability, revenue and customer satisfaction for an assigned portfolio of customers and prospects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with a broad array of customer business executives, technology leaders and national and local market partners. The job includes managing offer development processes as customer needs are explored and technology grows. Technical and industry expertise is needed to understand and identify individual customer needs in Storage, Networking, Virtualization and Security.VoIP understanding in the Unified Communications market with experience is a plus.Strategic positioning for the company in this market for strong relationship management is the responsibility of the Senior Account Manager.
