Bachelor’s degree required. Major in business or operations management, computer or information science, or an engineering discipline.

• Knowledge and experience with manufacturing or distribution integrated (ERP) systems.

• Knowledge and application of disciplined project management processes. Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications a plus.

• Considerable hands on experience in manufacturing or distribution environments, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or food & beverage industries. Experience in materials management, supply chain, or quality areas a plus.

• Proven dynamic leadership skills. The ability to motivate internal and external teams to learn and apply new skills and technologies.

• Excellent analytical and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to develop trusting relationships with management, operational, and technical audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to create a vision, research viable solutions and recommend a course of action.

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills. Ability to develop, implement and complete projects according to schedule and within budget.

• Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in customer service.

• Fluency in multiple languages a plus.

• Ability and willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally. Position may require 60% travel or greater
