| Experience |
- The candidate should possess 10 or more years of experience managing large IT projects based on Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SharePoint, CRM, Dynamics and Business Intelligence.
- Experience with managing multiple projects is preferred.
- Prior experience with business development, account management and practice management is also preferred.
- The candidate should be technically proficient with Microsoft technologies.
- Certifications related to Microsoft and PMI are preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Project /Practice Management
- Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
- Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice.
- Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with standard delivery methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Minimizes company’s exposure and risk across multiple projects.
- Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.
Financial Management
- Manages to and achieves revenue goals set for projects.
- Accurately forecasts, tracks, and reviews revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
- Integrates financial data for multiple projects.
- Meet practice profitability targets by making prudent financial decisions to grow the practice.
- Sets expectations upward regarding revenue and profitability projections.
Business Development
- Defines growth strategies for the practice.
- In collaboration with the business development team, supports the sales process including meeting with prospective leads, responding to RFPs, and finalizing contracts.
- Develops marketing related assets such as marketing demos, presentations, case studies and marketing collateral.
- Identifies partnership opportunities and capitalizes on "add-on" sales opportunities across projects.
- Assists in the identification of strategic accounts.
Technical Understanding
- Assists in the evaluation and redesign of practice offerings.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of practice service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.
- Builds expert knowledge in the IT industry and conveys knowledge to others.
Client Management
- Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
- Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
- Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
