College degree and/or certifications (though not required, MCTS or Microsoft MVPs certifications are a plus) & appropriate work experience that demonstrate the ability to successfully meet position requirements & demonstrate a desire for continued learning & career development.

• Four+ years of in-depth experience in object-oriented business application design and development
• three years of .NET development using C# and advanced SQL devlelopment
• proven history of B2B integrations utilizing Web Services/WCF/BizTalk or other comparable technologies.
• Extensive experience with Web services, experience in web based applications, writing & maintaining web-based applications
• using Dependency Injection Containers such as Spring.NET, Structure Map, or Ninject, using open source libraries for use in .NET applications
• writing unit tests, and using open source JavaSCript frameworks and tools.
