The Ohio State University Medical Center

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Java Script and/or Service Now experience required. Knowledge of program logic, analysis, specification design, language selection and report formatting. Work experience in developing technical and user documentation. Good communication skills. Knowledge and experience with information systems and business practices. Must be able to keep self abreast of technological trends as well as healthcare technology trends.

Application Development Analyst - Service Now Analyzes and validates system requirements and existing business processes and information systems to ensure desirability, practicality, and resource availability and capability. Designs, develops and implements basic to moderately complex programs and/or modifications of existing applications. Devises or modifies procedures to solve basic problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of moderately complex applications according to organization standards and end-user requirements. Assists in the determination, diagnosis, isolation and resolution of applications resource and utilization problems and errors. Develops fault diagnosis, isolation and resolution techniques that ensure optimal performance is constantly maintained.
