Experience
  • Strong skills in Windows Server OS, Networking, and Server technologies
  • Detailed Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server installation, configuration, and administration
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Experience building SharePoint 2010 workflows, site collections, and custom web parts utilizing SharePoint Designer (2007 and 2010).

  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
Description

In the role you will perform expert level administration on Windows Server platforms, applications, and services in support of systems around the world with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint Server. In addition, you will mentor and coach other team members, sharing and utilizing best practices. You will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of processes and procedures by assisting management in the day-to-day operation of the department and championing process improvement initiatives. The position requires excellent organizational and inter-personal skills and the ability to multi-task in an IT environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also needed

Responsibilites:   


  • Interacting with associates, customers, and suppliers to meet service levels
  • Design and Architect, implement and support
  • Collaborating with regional IT associates located around the world to resolve system issues
  • Leading Critical Incident and Post Implementation Reviews related to systems incidents
  • Mentoring and training other team members, sharing and utilizing best practices
