| Description |
In the role you will perform expert level administration on Windows Server platforms, applications, and services in support of systems around the world with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint Server. In addition, you will mentor and coach other team members, sharing and utilizing best practices. You will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of processes and procedures by assisting management in the day-to-day operation of the department and championing process improvement initiatives. The position requires excellent organizational and inter-personal skills and the ability to multi-task in an IT environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also needed
Responsibilites:
- Interacting with associates, customers, and suppliers to meet service levels
- Design and Architect, implement and support
- Collaborating with regional IT associates located around the world to resolve system issues
- Leading Critical Incident and Post Implementation Reviews related to systems incidents
