SMobile Being Acquired in $70M Deal

Columbus data protection company Smobile Systems Inc. is being acquired in a $70 million deal.  The buyer is Juniper Networks, Inc. a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based technology company with more than 30,000 customers and $3 billion in 2009 revenue.
