Software Support Developer

In our environment you'll know how your contributions make a difference to the company. You'll learn all aspects of the business and help implement an IT strategy that drives business. Responsibilities - Provide first-level user support for on-site and remote associates for custom and packaged software systems - Timely triage of issues, enhancements and bug fixes to production software systems - Ad-hoc database queries and data manipulation - Document user incidents and requests in a custom ticket tracking system.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years prior experience in software development
• Experience with Microsoft SQL 2005; Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 and C#
• Possess strong MS Office (2003/2007) skills
• Must have a positive, "can-do" customer service personality
• Excellent customer care skills
• Must have strong personal organization skills and be able to prioritize multiple requests
• Must be comfortable in a high demand, fast paced environment
• Possess strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
• Work products that demonstrate attention to detail, quality and accuracy are essential
