We are currently seeking accountable, self-motivated individuals for Software Trainer positions within our Technical Solutions Business Unit. PRIMARY DUTIES:
Responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of assigned projects within the Technology Operations Department. Train the customers in the use of hardware components and software. Assist the Technology Solutions and Sales organizations in the support of customers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned in response to business needs):

Work within the Technology Operations organization on assigned installations to set up software reference files, specs, customer requirements, layout and define workflow. Test software, migration and hardware components associated with implementations.

Participate in overseeing the delivery and installation of all equipment to the customer’s site. Resolve Systems issues during site installation.

Train customers on use of installed hardware and software components according to the agenda and procedures defined by the Implementation Services department.

Maintain open communications with all members of the Implementation Team and the customer. Identify urgent customer situations and ensure proper escalation process.

Interact with Implementation and Support Services departments to provide feedback from customers

Follow through on commitments as well as respond timely to customers and management requests.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in training or business communications.

Excellent Project Management Skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and set own priorities. Ability to manage time effectively and independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Superior customer relations skills. Ability to project a positive first impression. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to maintain control of critical and difficult customer situations. Ability to work well under stress and remain calm while dealing with frustrated customers

Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.

Ability to travel on a regular basis (will travel a minimum of 50%).

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to work well with individuals with varying degrees of technical experience.

Solid work history and dependable attendance record.

Familiar with basic networking concepts. Some experience with installing computer hardware.

Strong experience with learning new software, applying the knowledge and training others.
