Sophisticated Systems Acquires Assets of Square One Technology Solutions

Central Ohio’s Sophisticated Systems Inc. (SSI) announced the acquisition of Square One Technology Solutions, LLC.  Dwight Smith, CEO of Sophisticated Systems, says he is extremely honored to welcome Zach Evans, founder and president, and the Square One team and clients into the SSI family.

Founded in 2007, Square One provides managed services, virtualization and information security services for organizations in the private and public sectors throughout Central Ohio.

SSI was established in Columbus in 1990 and became an ESOP, an Employee Stock Owned Company, in 2008.
