• Implementation of enterprise database environments for customers • Administer multi-site Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Server environments • Work with Microsoft SQL Server database systems • Supporting and maintaining web and application server environments • Designing, implementing and troubleshooting multi-tier software services • Providing technical support for client issues

The SQL Server/Citrix Engineer is responsible for the installation, upgrade, management, and support of client Netsmart application environments around the country and within our cloud environments. This position will work with Windows based environments, implementing and troubleshooting multi-tier enterprise database application environments. The SQL/Citrix Engineer will also be responsible for creation and addition of documentation to our wiki knowledge base. The ideal candidate is an experienced Windows and Citrix administrator with extensive Microsoft SQL Server database experience. Extensive troubleshooting experience with work in 24x7x365 real-time online production environments, is preferred.
