Ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Significant experience in the newer VoIP technologies powered by Cisco Voice and Data Network environments.
- Strong skills and experience in voice technologies; VoIP, SIP, H.323, QoS, CAC, Call Routing, Unified Voice Mail, and Call Center Usability.
- Strong understanding of Cisco routing and switching and can effectively configure routers and switches as well as troubleshoot layer 3 problems.
- Experience with Unified Communications Manager, 4.x through 7.x and Unity Connection and Unity Unified Messaging (w/Exchange)
- Experience with IP Contact Center Express, Unified Contact Center Express (IPCC Express, UCCX)
- Proficiency in design, provisioning and troubleshooting of typical WAN/LAN environments.
- Post sales and Pre-sales experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with passionate attention to detail.
- Expansive working and technical knowledge of the Cisco Unified Communications Solutions platform.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple objectives and initiatives.
- Deep-seated Professional and business focused attitude, team player.
- Customer service oriented with a desire to interact with clients, staff, and management teams.
- 6 - 8 years experience in data networking and voice, and at -least five years in a Cisco VoIP, Unified Communications and Network environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- Following certifications are not required, but are highly desirable: 1. CCVP - Cisco Certified Voice Professional 2. IPCCX - IP Contact Center Express certification (aka UCCX) 3. CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional 4. CUDN - Cisco Unity Design and Networking 5. CCIE - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Preference in Voice

- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot server and agent application issues on Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Express.
- Designing, planning and implementing LAN-MAN-WANs with the latest in hardware, software, network security practices, and architecture.
- Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) enterprise experience a plus.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unity Voicemail Application software in both Unified Messaging and Voicemail only environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot application issues on Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
