Qualifications Include

• Experience with MS Exchange, SharePoint and Active Directory
• Confidence to meet with Clients to discuss details regarding on-going work.
• Flexible, team player, able to complete and/or provide content for SOW’s and RFP responses.
• Knowledge of multiple servers such as: Blackberry Enterprise Server, MS Virtual Server, and Windows Servers 2000-2008
• Well versed with SMS, Ghost, and other imaging tools.
• Knowledge of Multiple Microsoft migration tools.
• Excellent communication skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours and over hours.
• Understanding of design and installation of VMWare a HUGE plus!
• PMP a HUGE plus!

A well established company in Columbus seeks an experienced Systems Administrator/Engineer for a Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire position .This person will join the Enterprise Solutions team and will be a valuable member and vital to their success.

Essential Functions Include:

• Administration of Windows Servers 2000/2003 (plans to upgrade to 2008) and use and deployment of Active Directory Networking Services
• Administration of multiple MS Databases such as: SQL Server and MySQL.
• Design and install storage solutions such as: HP MSA and Microsoft Clustering.
• Create project documentation such as design documents and implementation guides.
• Migration of multiple technologies such as: Netware and GroupWise Lotus Notes. • Complete and contribute to the preparation of SOW’s and RFP’s.
• Assess documents and provide customers with Pro’s/Con’s.
