| Experience | minimum of five years work experience in installing, monitoring, maintaining, configuring, upgrading and administering multiple technologies; effective oral and written communication skills; proven experience in Windows XP/7, Server 2003/2008, Active Directory and Group Policy Object Management; proven experience in backup and restore applications and processes; understanding of computer network concepts; proven experience with the management, maintenance, support, upgrade and administration of an Enterprise Microsoft Windows environment; strong troubleshooting and problem resolution experience and skills; proven experience in applying and maintaining patch levels and security configurations; ability to take initiative and manage time effectively; personal transportation required to perform duties at all FCBDD locations; must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50 pounds LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Valid Ohio Driver’s License - Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles |
| Description | DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Installs, maintains, configures, upgrades and/or administers hardware and/or software in assigned multiple technology areas: Server Administration, Network Administration, Business Continuity, Information Security, SAN Administration and Workstation Support Diagnoses, analyzes and resolves issues for customer(s) across assigned multiple technology areas Ensures the integrity of all data backups and restores by conducting and administrating backup and restore life cycles Creates, organizes, files and maintains documentation Performs cross-training activities related to the FCBDD systems and network environment for new and/or existing FCBDD IT staff Performs other related duties as assigned |
