Team Lead -- .Net Development

Completion of undergraduate degree a minimum, master’s degree preferred Microsoft certifications a plus, will be required to become Microsoft certified if not all ready

Minimum of 7 years of Microsoft software development experience with a minimum of 1 year managing a development team of at least 2 people. Work experience with .Net framework 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5. Work experience with SQL Server 2005.

Optimum Technology's internal development team is looking to add an additional Team Lead to the staff. This person will work at the direction of the Director of Delivery and/or Director of IT Services to scope, quote, manage and deliver small software projects. Typical project durations will be from 90 to 180 days long. This person will lead and mentor junior staff and provide hands-on development expertise to each engagement he/she is responsible.
