Opportunity: We are hiring a Team Lead Quality Assurance and Control position in our Information Technology department. The Team Lead Quality Assurance and Control is responsible for managing the work of the quality analysis and control staff within the Quality Management organization. This position will be actively involved with developing, maintaining, and improving quality initiatives, for the Quality Management organization, the assigned business areas, and for the company as a whole. This position will be located in Columbus, OH.

What do you need to join our team?

• 6+ years of demonstrable success with testing efforts involving large, complex applications.
• Management experience with the management of quality assurance and quality control resources.
• Test plan development experience.
• Extensive experience in testing software applications.
• Experience with creating and maintaining manual test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Experience with QA methodologies and technique.
• Experience with training/mentoring of staff new to QA/QC concepts and technique.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills as direct communication with the business user and developers will be common.
• Excellent at adapting to a fast-changing environment.
• Team player.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-directed.
• NetJets is a 24x7x365 operation. Job will require evening/weekend work to meet project deliverables.
• Position requires accurate and timely tracking of time spent working on projects.

What does a Team Lead Quality Assurance and Control do?

• Manages the quality analysis and quality control team. This will include making assignments for projects, and ensuring work in the area is done accurately and on time.
• Mentors/trains staff. This position will develop, maintain, and adhere to QA/QC processes and procedures, and will be involved with mentoring/training others in QA/QC methodologies and technique.
• Performs all of the duties of a quality assurance analyst and quality control analyst at the highest technical level
• Adherence to time and metric's tracking.
