Dr. Patricia Larkins Hicks Founder and President, The Outcomes Management Group, Ltd. (OMG), has thirty years of experience in health care, organizational development, education, and program evaluation. In 2009, OMG was selected by the Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) for the Best of Business Award in the Management Services category. This program recognizes the best of small businesses throughout the country.
Dr. Hicks received her Ph.D. from University of Memphis, M.A., Michigan State University, and B.S., Hampton University. She was selected Outstanding Alumnus of both University of Memphis and Michigan State University.
Dr. Hicks is Immediate Past Chair, Integration Committee, Columbus Chamber Small Business Council; member, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, United Way of Central Ohio; member, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority; and Vice Chair Pro Tem, Steward Board, St. Paul AME Church. Additionally, she has served on numerous non-profit boards.
Dr. Hicks is a nationally recognized lecturer and author. She has presented over 300 presentations and workshops throughout the country and is the author of 25 publications and 3 books. Her most recent publication is “Be Your B.E.S.T.” published by Xlibris in June, 2010.
