TechColumbus Members Represent Over Half of Business First’s Best Places to Work

Congratulations go out to all the Central Ohio companies recently named to Business First’s annual list of “Best Places to Work for 2011.” 

The “Best Places to Work” program, launched in 2005, is open to any company or organization with a Central Ohio office with at least 10 full-time employees. Applications are handled through Omaha-based Quantum, which administers a survey to employees with about 30 questions regarding their work environments.

“Ensuring that you have created an environment that is motivating and engaging to your team is critical to business success,” said Tim Haynes, vice president of marketing and member services for TechColumbus.  “We are very encouraged that so many of our members get this concept and are proactively creating the work environments that foster the attraction and retention of the best talent in Central Ohio.”
