Required Skills:
Software development life cycle, software package implementation, quality assurance, software development or other technical experience.
At least four years technical project management experience that demonstrates:

Thorough knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools as well as software development tools and methodologies

Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of software development/package implementation life cycle process
-
Proven ability to understand requirements, understand development estimates and manage project plans
-
Ability to be organized, meet established scheduled and deadlines
-
Excellent, proven relationship management skills with the ability to interface with client personnel
-
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills
-
Ability to facilitate through conflict and manage conflict appropriately
-
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
-
Ability to meet established schedules and deadlines
-
Ability to coordinate, lead and manage groups of people with different objective from multiple functional areas and ability to form and manage an effective project team
-
Ability to effectively manage business relationships
-
Expert knowledge and experience with MS Project including time reporting, earned value analysis, resource leveling, etc.
Desired Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

PMP Certification; thorough knowledge and experience implementing PMBOK process elements

Working knowledge of one or more industry best practices and standards

Technical knowledge and/or experience within one or more technical platforms

| Description |
Job Functions include:

Defines, drives and manages scope and objectives for highly complex technical projects

Manages the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of one or more projects in coordination with cross-functionality team members

Establishes priorities and assigns tasks or deliverables as needed
-
Manages project risks and issues and tracks action items to ensure projects are on track
-
Ensures that project deliverables and goals are being met including documentation that is required for implementation and transition to the production environment and subsequent maintenance phase

Provides leadership within the PMO on best practices and assists in the implementation of these best practices
