| Description | Essential Functions and Primary Duties: Source qualified IT professionals through referrals, recruiting database, internet and other creative means Schedule and conduct telephone screens and personal candidate interviews Maintain candidate database and conduct scheduled follow-up calls Communicate with candidates via telephone, e-mail and/or written documentation Meet established Recruiting goals and report progress/results Prepare and place internet recruiting ads, and other ads as necessary Perform recruiting calls to contact qualified passive candidates Perform reference and employment background checks where necessary Generate qualified candidates on a pro-active basis Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Any recruiting administrative duties. As assigned.
