o Prior helpdesk/support experience o Experience with web and/or ecommerce software o Proficient in .Net, C#, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, Visual Studio, IIS, Windows 2003/2008 Experience with MS office required. Must have understanding of ecommerece if not actually hands-on experience. Should be proficient in .Net, C#, ASP . Net, HTML, Etc to get involved with assisting clients with demos, dig into code & do build out of feature using .Net with in software will interact directly with clients over phone and email. Good Communication skills are critical.

Summary:
Provide functional and technical support for ecommerce software products

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Provide client support and technical issue resolution for ecommerce software products via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium
o Advise clients on coding best practices
o Installation of products
o Communicate to customers the steps necessary to maintain and update software products
o Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
o Provide feedback and status reports

o Experience with hardware and software issues

o Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Must be able to change directions quickly as needed. Will jump into other areas to assist staff/clients. Adaptable type personality works best in this environment.
