We are working closely with our client to build world class support organization for Internet hosting services. We are helping our client hire a special ops team of career-oriented Technical Support Agents to support their growing business.
Your mission is to own and manage client relationships by being a designated support contact for a group of customers. Responsibilities include proactive as well as reactive calls to customers to build value-added relationships with customers and “raving fan" service.
Log and resolve client technical support problems via phone, email and/or online chat, referring more challenging issues to Level 3 support specialists.
Requirements:
This position requires knowledge of Internet technology, social networking, blogging and web sites, as well as a passion to deliver superior customer service. If technology geeks you out, this job is for you.
If you run your own web site, design web sites, blog and/or utilize social media, then that is a plus! Prior experience in a customer-service oriented role is desired.
