| Description | The Telecom Administrator will be in charge of managing and maintaining the telecommunications infrastructure of the corporate office as well as 400+ retail locations. This includes managing and monitoring the work of telecom vendors like Qwest and AT&T, and administering an enterprise Toshiba phone system for the main corporate office as well as satellite offices/call centers in OH, VA, AL, AZ, and CA, including all peripheral telecom-related hardware and software. The Telecom administrator will interface with multiple departments on developing new call center enhancements and efficiencies to improve service levels. He/she will work with local providers to troubleshoot telecom related issues and outages.
