Experience

Considerable experience in applications portfolio administration or any equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential functions of work.

Description

Under general supervision, supports end-user's computer and telecommunication systems, including hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues. Provides user training and frontline HelpDesk services to City System users. Documents problems and resolutions. Installs desktop computers and printers, gathers information from users regarding problems, and implements resolutions. Investigates and promote best practices within the support function.
