| Description | As CentraComm’s Sales Leader, this position provides the opportunity to drive market share and revenue to new heights. This qualified individual will play a strategic role in our expansion by driving and implementing a sales strategy for managed services focused on security, networking and hosting, throughout all market segments. This position is responsible for leading and managing CentraComm’s day to day sales functions; as well as setting longer term sales strategy. Specifically, this position will manage both the strategic and tactical elements of sales operations including productivity metrics, quota planning, compensation plan management, and territory design. The Sales Leader ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers first. He/she will utilize relationship building skills and solution selling to develop "C" level contacts and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to determine product / service needs. Qualifications The right candidate in this opportunity will be rewarded with tremendous earnings (potential $100K + on target) to include base, variable compensation and full range of benefits and 401k. Compensation package is dependent upon experience level. Company headquarters are located in Findlay, Ohio. Candidates located in SE Michigan, Central Ohio and Northern Ohio will be considered, but if not local to Findlay, candidate must be willing to spend at least one day a week in Findlay.
