Must have proven executive and management experience in real estate, retail, or similar industry, and knowledge of current and emerging computer architecture and technologies including applications development, telecommunications and software. Must demonstrate successful experience/ability for strategic thinking, effective planning and organization, project management, talent management, and customer service. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and 12-18 years of information technology related experience, including no less than 5 years at a Director or Officer level.

This role will provide leadership and management of the information services team and function while serving as a business liaison to other functional areas of the company.

Key accountabilities include:

• executing strategic planning consistent with the business goals of the organization,
• evaluating emerging technologies, ensuring successful implementation of technology projects, and ensuring alignment between the needs of the business areas and the processes, services, and capabilities of the IS function.
