While not all tech entrepreneurs will ever make Forbes’ prestigious list of billionaires, it is worth noting that seven of the top ten young American billionaires (under the age of 40) have launched tech-based businesses.  Founders of Facebook, Google and Groupon are all self made billionaires included in this year’s rankings.
