Web Application Developer

The Ohio State University/ Fisher College of

Bachelor's Degree in computer and information science or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualififcations: 3-5 years of web application development experience; two years relational database and data modeling experience; experience with object-oriented programming, such as HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript/DHTML and AJAX development; PHP or ASP.NET; experience working in a project-driven team environment; knowledge of and experience with modern principles, procedures and standards of web application architectures, implementation and support; demonstrable web application security knowledge and practice; knowledge of SDLC best practices, including revision control and release management. Desired Qualifications: Experience in SQL and SharePoint strongly preferred; experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Windows server administration.
